We are located in Adelaide, South Australia - but we offer shipping Australia wide!
How long will my cookies last?
Each cookie is individually packaged in sealed cellophane bags, giving them a shelf life of up to six weeks when stored properly.
How much are your custom cookies?
The prices of our custom cookies vary based on factors like additional detailing. To get an exact quote for your desired design, please fill out our custom order form. Box prices are listed on each product page. We don't charge extra for changing the color scheme, personalizing the name on the cookie, or swapping out for a different shaped cookie in your box.
Do you offer vegan or gluten free cookies?
Unfortunately, all of our products contain gluten, dairy, and eggs. While we understand the importance of catering to all dietary requirements, we are currently unable to accommodate any allergies.
Can I order the cookies for someone else as a gift?
Absolutely! If you'd like us to send your order to someone else, please provide their postal details and recipient name when placing your order. Don't forget to leave your contact information, as all tracking updates will be sent to you.
How do I customize my cookies?
On our page, click the "Custom Order" tab, fill in the details, and we'll bring your vision to life!
For our pre-designed packs, you can customize your box by choosing the colors, adding a name on the cookie, or swapping out cookies for your favorites. We'll confirm your design via email before creating and shipping your box.
